Buckeyes Escape Penn State In Close Win At Value City

The Ohio State Buckeyes took a 15-point lead into the half and then survived a furious Penn State comeback to win 74-70 at Value City Arena.

Going back to last season, Ohio State had lost three games in a row to the Nittany Lions who came in with only one win in conference play this year.

The Bucks were led by Luther Muhammad who scored 20 points to go along with C.J. Jackson and Andre Wesson, who each added 15.

The game had to be stopped several times to wipe moisture off the court as unseasonably humid temperatures outside affected floor conditions inside the arena.
