Celtics, Jalen Brown Agree To $115-Million-Dollar Extension
The Boston Celtics are locking up forward Jaylen Brown to a long-term deal.
The two sides agreed to a reported four-year, 115-million-dollar extension on Monday.
The 22-year-old Brown averaged 13 points and 4.2 rebounds for Boston last season and is expected to take on a bigger role this year following the departure of Kyrie Irving, Marcus Morris and Terry Rozier.
The Celtics visit the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday in the regular-season opener.
