The Pittsburgh Steelers are mourning the death of wide receivers coach Darryl Drake.
He died suddenly at the age of 62 yesterday.
Head coach Mike Tomlin said Drake had a tremendous impact on him, describing him as an amazing husband, father, and grandfather.
Former Pitt Panther and Arizona Cardinal Larry Fitzgerald wrote on social media that he was heartbroken and couldn't put into words the impact the coach had on him.
Drake was in his second year with the club, having previously worked with the Cardinals and the Bears.
The team canceled practice yesterday and will also take today off.
