Chris Broussard: “I WOULD RATHER HAVE DAK PRESCOTT AS THE QUARTERBACK OF MY FOOTBALL TEAM THAN CARSON WENTZ.” (Full Audio at Bottom of Page)
Listen to Rob Parker and Chris Broussard argue about the value of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, as Rob has long called the Cowboys starter a ‘third-tier’ player, while Chris thinks Dak is emerging as one of the biggest winners in the league.
Chris throws it out there that he thinks Dak is a better quarterback than Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz. For all the flack Prescott gets playing on one of the most quarterback-friendly situations in the league with an elite offensive line and elite running game, you do have to tip your cap to Prescott being 36-19 for his career as a starter, with a touchdown-to-interception ratio of 79-32.
Rob obviously disagrees, saying Wentz would have won the MVP in 2017 if he didn’t tear his ACL in the final month of the season to be overtaken by Tom Brady, and says Wentz has a much higher ceiling than Prescott, as a guy who can single-handedly carry offenses.
Check out the audio below as Parker and Broussard get into an animated argument over which NFC East signal-caller they would rather have in the long run.
